Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to work with our fastest growing partners. As a key member of the team, you’ll help support our most important partners and manage resources and information to support the goals of the team. The Coordinator role requires expertise across many functional areas, such as marketing, finance, sales, sales ops (SFDC), & customer success. You'll support a small team, who you're responsible for and accountable to, and drive the tools and processes that team uses to achieve their goals. You’ll be efficient, self motivated, productive, professional,  organized, flexible, quick thinking, creative and have extensive TSheets product knowledge. You’ll bring an ability to work equally autonomously and as a team member to complete projects. For the right candidate this will be an exciting and rewarding role with growth opportunities to grow personally & professionally along with the business. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement:
    • Support partner engagement activities that educate & engage partner sale reps such as 10 minute trainers, win story sharing, newsletter updates,
  • Field Enablement
    • Coordinate field efforts of internal & external resources; activities included but are not limited to case studies, drops, micro event, conferences, etc.a
  • Sales Support:
    • Support complex deals to help sales reps determine TSheets capabilities & help determine proper course for onboarding
  • Sales Ops
    • Work with SFDC team to create tracking & tagging for contract compliance and marketing campaigns; work with sales to ensure tagging, help educate teams on ROEs for sales alignment
  • Finance
    • Support contract compliance by updating partner portals, working with partner & Finance on rev share reporting.
  • Product
    • Have extensive TSheets expertise to help create marketing assets and to support complex sales; facilitate feature requests and work with dev/product on forthcoming feature timelines (signatures, mileage in app, etc.) keeping sales up to date on release dates
  • Support
    • Support larger deals with implementation & onboarding support and help define future support design for larger deals from partners

Qualifications

  • Advanced Word, Powerpoint, Excel,
  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge
  • Advanced TSheets Product Knowledge
  • Adaptable to researching and learning new technology including but not limited to Influitive & Sendoso for partner engagement, Constant Contact for newsletters, invitations, etc; Marketo for email marketing; Get Feedback for surveys and quizzes

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong sense of TSheets product capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting and ever evolving work environment.
  • Detail oriented and hardworking.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving critical thinking skills and presentation skills are a must.
  • Based in our Eagle (Boise) Idaho office
