Our rotational development programs (RDP) seek top talent from universities across the country. RDP is a full-time, 26-month program that includes an intensive core curriculum and a series of challenging rotational assignments that develop key functional and leadership skills.
RDP begins with an intensive seven-week training program. As an RDP associate, you will learn about Intuit inside and out: our products, customers, people, strategies and values. You'll engage in an exciting, hands-on experience and learn how to effectively solve important small business and consumer problems.
Following the training program, you'll complete four six-month rotational assignments, gaining exposure to a breadth of business units and to a variety of functions.
During the first year, product marketing RDP associates are assigned to rotational assignments within:
Marketing - build market and customer insights while developing and executing strategies for product launches, communications and customer acquisition.
Product management - help create product offerings and facilitate teams through in-depth understanding of customer needs, Intuit's business and current technologies.
During the second year, product marketing RDP associates can choose to continue their focus within marketing and/or product management or choose to learn and contribute in other functional areas such as:
Corporate strategy - research, analyze and present recommendations on complex business problems to accelerate Intuit’s growth.
Experience design - influence product requirements with customer research in usability sessions and translate requirements into positive customer experiences.
