Rotational Development Programs (RDP)
We are seeking top talent from universities across the country to join RDP! RDP is a full-time, 2-year program that includes an intensive core curriculum and a series of challenging rotations that develop key functional and leadership skills.
RDP begins with a comprehensive seven-week training program, Intuit Weeks of Welcome (WoW). As an RDP associate, you will learn about Intuit inside and out: our products, customers, people, strategies and values. You'll engage in an exciting, hands-on experience and learn how to effectively solve important small business and consumer problems. Following the training program, you'll complete four six-month rotations, gaining exposure to a breadth of business units and to a variety of functions.
All RDP Associates are paired with an Executive Advisor to provide career coaching and professional development mentoring throughout all four rotations and beyond. Additionally, RDP Associates have access to diverse non-rotational work including whitespace projects, patent teams, idea jams, and countless RDP-focused activities.
