Why did you choose Intuit?
Boris
I chose to stay at Intuit after interning with the payroll group in 2008. I was extremely impressed with the intelligence, passion and commitment every single one of my coworkers brought to the project. I realized then (and still strongly believe) that by hiring truly extraordinary people, Intuit is an exceptional place to work.

What has been your favorite RDP experience?
I’m lucky enough to have my favorite RDP experience every day – I get to hang out with my friends at work.

What makes you excited to come to work every day?

I’m excited to come to work every day because it’s where I fulfill my need to be challenged. Work is a constantly morphing jigsaw puzzle, and I get a ton of energy from figuring out where to put all the pieces.

How does Intuit allow you to be innovative?

By trusting their employees to do the right thing, Intuit managers remove all roadblocks to creativity. Because my manager let me steer my own project, I felt like I could experiment with it. The senior management team is also extremely approachable.

Tell us about your interests outside of work.
In my spare time, I captain a curling team, play guitar and frolic with my miniature dachshunds.

What makes Intuit a great place to work?
The people are smart. The work is challenging. The environment is casual. The projects have meaningful results.
