Our rotational development programs (RDP) seek top talent from universities across the country. RDP is a full-time, 26-month program that includes an intensive core curriculum and a series of challenging rotational assignments that develop key functional and leadership skills.
RDP begins with an intensive seven-week training program. As an RDP associate, you will learn about Intuit inside and out: our products, customers, people, strategies and values. You'll engage in an exciting, hands-on experience and learn how to effectively solve important small business and consumer problems.
Following the training program, you'll complete four six-month rotational assignments, gaining exposure to a breadth of business units and to a variety of functions.
Finance and operations RDP associates explore four functional areas:
Business operations - define business requirements and analyze operating performance in supply chain, procurement and order management process.
Business finance - plan, forecast and report on business financials to enable better decision-making.
Corporate finance - engage and support financial strategies and goals through corporate analytics, cash management and shareholder messaging.
Controller - assess and mitigate risks across financial, operational and compliance areas of practice.
