Benefits & Compensation - New Grads

Medical Plans

Choose from three Cigna medical plans, a PPO, a consumer directed plan and a managed network plan.
Plus, there’s an EPO/HMO plan option with United Health Care, depending on your location.

Dental and vision plans

Dental coverage is provided through Aetna.
Vision coverage is provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP)

Disability Plans

Short term disability coverage is 70% of your base salary.
Long term disability is 66-2/3% of your base salary.

Life and AD&D insurance

Receive basic life insurance coverage equal to two-times your base salary, plus the option to purchase supplemental and dependent coverage.
Also receive basic AD&D coverage equal to two-times your base salary, plus the option to purchase supplemental and dependent coverage.

Domestic partner coverage

Available on medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D coverage.

Flexible spending accounts

You have the option to participate in a health care spending account to help cover your out-of-pocket medical expenses.
You can also participate in a dependent care spending account. Intuit contributes $25 per pay period when you also contribute at least $25 per pay period.

Long term care

Long term care is offered through John Hancock.
Provides coverage for nursing homes, residential facilities or home care.

Fitness incentive

Intuit reimburses you up to $350 per year for gym memberships, some exercise equipment and fitness classes.

Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)

You can choose to contribute up to 10% of your salary.
Purchase Intuit stock at a 15% discount at the end of the period.
Employees are eligible to enroll four times per year.

401(k)

Intuit matches 150% of the first $1,000 you contribute, plus 75% of the next 6% of your pay, provided you contribute at least 6%.
Choose from 11 investment options, including Lifecycle funds and Fidelity Brokerage Link with access to over 2,000 mutual funds.

Vacation (for non-officers)

0-1 years of service: 2 weeks vacation
2-5 years of service: 3 weeks vacation
6-15 years of service: 4 weeks vacation
16-20 years of service: add one day per year up to a maximum of 5 weeks per year.

Sick time

Employees are eligible to accrue up to 40 hours of sick time per year.

Paid holidays

There are 11 paid holidays per calendar year.

Parental leave

Parents may take up to two weeks of paid parental leave to welcome a newborn or newly adopted child.

Life event program through Magellan

A free resource and referral service to assist in parenting, child care, elder care, everyday issues, adoption assistance, educational assistance and work issues.

Back-up child and elder care program

Provides access to center-based and home-based care in case of emergency or if your regular care provider is unavailable.

Adoption assistance

Intuit will reimburse you 100% of your documented out-of-pocket adoption expenses, up to a total benefit of $3,500 per adoption.

Employee assistance program (EAP)

Receive free, confidential counseling to help with personal, family, financial, health or work-related problems.

Employee home loan programs

Get great home loan discounts through Quicken Loans or Wells Fargo.

Tuition assistance

Reimburses you up to $5,000 per employee per year.
