Payroll

Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
We offer you the opportunity to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) under which you can buy stock at a 15% discount.

Equity
You may receive restricted stock units (RSUs) when you join Intuit. An RSU is equal to one share of Intuit stock. Once the stock unit vests, it converts to one share of Intuit stock and is provided to you with no purchase necessary.

Retention and Savings Plan
With the Retention and Savings Plan (RSP), you can save (with Intuit's help and money) for what's important to you. Employees below the director level receive an award of 10% of fixed pay, which vests after two years of service.

Health coverage
Group medical insurance is provided through National Insurance Company, and your premiums are paid by Intuit. This includes medical services and expenses, hospital stays and more.

Insurance
Group life insurance is provided by Kotak Mahindra, and group personal accident insurance is provided by National Insurance Company. Your premiums are paid by Intuit, and coverage includes 24 times your monthly gross salary.

Employee and family assistance program
We all need a little help sometimes. Shepell-fgi, in partnership with SANTULAN-EAP here in India, provides confidential professional assistance to you and your family in dealing with personal difficulties.

Fitness incentive
We encourage to you take time out for your own health and wellness. We offer a Rs. 15000 fitness incentive per year to help offset the cost of your health membership and/or fitness class fees.

Time off and employee services

You've got a busy life outside of work, too. To help you balance it all, we offer several great programs, including time off, fitness incentives and tons of on-site services.

Leaves of absence and time off
Everyone needs a little time away from work. Regular employees are entitled to privilege leave, sick leave and casual leave. Other leaves of absence include maternity, paternity and personal leave. You also receive a combination of ten (10) fixed and festival holidays each year.

Volunteer time off
Wish you had more time to volunteer in your community? Now you can. If eligible, we give you 32 hours of volunteer time off per calendar year. That's four whole days a year you can take off work on approved projects during regular work hours. We also have an amazing We Care and Give Back program that offers numerous opportunities to volunteer.

Tuition assistance
Thinking of continuing your education? That's great! We can help you with those costs. If you're attending an accredited school, you may qualify for assistance with books, tuition and lab fees. We'll reimburse 75% of your course fees up to Rs.1,000,000 per calendar year.

Product discounts
Now you can enjoy our great products at a discount. You'll receive substantial discounts on Intuit products, as well as selected software products from other vendors.

Transit benefit
If you're a regular employee and you commute to work using public transit, we offer a commute facility on all working days. This benefit is provided through select cab transport companies.

Internet reimbursement
All employees are eligible to claim up to Rs.1000 per month on production of bills toward internet usage charges for business related work.

Onsite services
Free yoga sessions are available Monday through Thursday. You also have access to our free Café Coffee Day Outlet. All employees are also eligible for free lunch each day.
