Our employee networks are formed and driven by passionate people to create communities of common interest, and they are open to all employees. Through the networks, we celebrate all the wonderful ways that we are unique and discover more commonalities than we knew we had. Employee network members have the opportunity to learn from role models, mentors and peers. The networks foster creativity, new ideas and opportunities for career development. Since 2005, we have formed ten employee networks, with more to come!

The Intuit Pride Network taps the unrealized potential of our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender workforce, markets and communities. Our environment invites and allows LGBT employees to be fully engaged, self-expressive and leaders in their areas of responsibility.
The Intuit Women's Network helps women be the best they can be through role modeling, peer mentoring and coaching, networking opportunities and skill development. We strive to capture the voice of women at Intuit and acting upon that voice within the company.
LatinosConnect@Intuit aims to celebrate diversity in an inclusive environment. We engage and develop Latino leaders throughout Intuit by retaining talent to deliver for customers, role modeling, coaching and mentoring, and seeking ways to leverage our culture and connect with other communities.
The Intuit Indian Network is about connecting, celebrating and growing with pride. It's about building community, celebrating culture and taking pride in one's heritage. Our goals are to create a vibrant community, to cultivate a diversity mindset through education and awareness, and to develop and retain talent to drive Intuit forward.
Intuit's African American Network inspires a supportive business community that empowers our African-American employees to do great things within and outside of Intuit. We are committed to leadership and development, driving a diverse pipeline of talent, and partnering with Intuit's We Care and Give Back team to support the needs of the communities we live in.
The Next Generation Network is committed to creating an environment where early career employees can smoothly transitiion into the workforce and receive the support they need. And we have lots of fun in the process! NGN is focused on creating opportunities for members to develop, socialize and innovate to grow our careers at Intuit and help the business grow.
The Asian Pacific Islander Network strives to build a community of leaders to help Intuit's growth by growing together as individuals and professionals. We generate awareness and appreciation of our Asian and Pacific Island cultures.
The Intuit Christian Action Network is our first faith-based network. As we expand our global strategy as a company, the ability to speak comfortably and openly about religion and spirituality becomes increasingly important. It is also a critical aspect of celebrating our diversity and encouraging an inclusive environment. Our goal is to further these efforts, while partnering with the We Care and Give Back team to make a difference in our local and global communities.
The Intuit Muslim Awareness Network is our second faith-based network. We create mutual awareness of the Muslim culture and tie back to the business and our communities. As Intuit expands globally, our goal is to help enable the company to engage the employees, customers and partners among Muslim populations.
The Intuit Military Network seeks to provide support for our veterans while giving back to our communities. Our primary focus is supporting employees and their loved ones who are serving overseas. We also drive business growth by leveraging the global leadership of our members and building leadership capability at all levels of the organization.
